Partial Terminations in a Pandemic The pandemic has caused historic unemployment levels throughout the country. As a result, plan sponsors need to be more focused on the potential for a partial termination (and full vesting of affected participants). Understanding the rules governing partial terminations and IRS guidance in the area is more important than ever. To make matters even more complicated, Congress has provided temporary relief that overrides the normal rules. This session will cover the standards that cover partial terminations, relevant court cases and the pandemic relief provided by Congress.

This webinar is eligible for 1 CE for Texas CPA and ASPPA.
